Here are some mediocre scans of a strange and beautiful book I found in Draper, Utah over Christmas. I had saved a picture from this book that I had seen on a blog a few years ago, but had no idea where it was from. Such a nice surprise to flip to that page and see it again.

What A Doll

Earlier this summer I spent three weeks in Logan, Utah with my family. We spent our days eating sno-cones, running around like maniacs, watching Lonesome Dove, and visiting my favourite antique malls. I ended up carting home a bunch of books, like this one from 1969 about doll-making. Maybe someday I will get around to trying to make one, but for now it makes a pretty good/weird picture book!
